This show finally reunited Daphne Blake with Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy after the trio's many solo adventures in the previous season. The show also finally returned to the classic mystery format.
This series introduced Scooby's parents, both voiced by Don Messick, who revealed that Scooby's name is actually Scoobert.
